Location, location, location:
We are a very short drive to
Disney with easy access to Interstate 4 at mile marker 60. It is an
easy drive to Universal Studios, Sea World, the Kennedy Space Center,

South facing pool:
Make no mistake about it, a south
facing swimming pool is extremely important regardless of when you
visit Florida. You are coming to enjoy the sun and our south facing
pool and deck allows you to do just that from sunrise to sunset. In the
summer, a large covered patio offers shade along with a table and
chairs to enjoy a meal outdoors.
Second home not an investment home:
This is our second
home not an investment home. There is a big difference that is
difficult to understand unless you have experienced both! My wife and I
actually live in this home about three months each winter. It will come
fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation in the way of
pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. Our policy is to replace our major
seating furniture on a five-year rotation. For the guys, I have a high
definition television with a DVD player, VCR player, and an X Box.
Bring your IPod and enjoy your music on the sound system. The ladies
will find the home spotless and clean. We have a game room with a pool
table and lots of toys for younger children. Our local property manager
will ensure that everything in the home is to your satisfaction.
Larger than normal lot:
Most subdivisions in the area have
homes jammed together on very small lots. Imagine your next-door
neighbor's swimming pool only a few feet away! Not this home. We chose
a home in one of the very few subdivisions with very large lots. The
homes behind ours are more than 100 feet away. The homes on either side
are spaced far enough apart that you will feel a sense of privacy. The
landscaping around the pool deck adds to the feeling that you are
spending time in your own private oasis. (top of page)
You deal directly with the owner:
When you book this home
you will be dealing directly with me, the owner. Most other owners turn
over responsibility for booking their homes to a property management
company that manages dozens of homes. It is impossible for them to know
each home they represent as well as I know my own home. Dealing
directly with the owner means that you are dealing with someone who can
focus on a very small number of customers each of whom are extremely
important. Over 50% of my business comes either from repeat customers

We've been renting our home for over seven years and over that time
have built up a loyal customer base. If our guests decide to make a
return visit to central Florida, our home is always their first choice.
