A $250.00 refundable damage deposit is required to reserve the home. Thirty days prior to your arrival, the full rental amount is due. (IMPORTANT: Do not attempt to pay either the damage deposit or rental amount until you have received a rental agreement from me. I do not expect or want you to offer payment until you have read, agreed to, signed, and are ready to return my copy of the rental agreement.)
You can pay either with a personal check or a credit card. If you
choose to send a check, please make it out to "LPC Vacation Properties,
