LIVING ROOM: The
main seating area in the living room consists of a large sectional sofa
with four built-in recliners. A comfortable glider rocker is
wonderful for curling up with a good book. The sectional sofa is
oriented so that everyone has a perfect view of the high definition
televison set.

LIVING ROOM: The
high-definition TV is connected to the cable system and includes dozens
of high definition TV stations. A DVD/VCR player and X-Box is
also part of the entertainment center. Just to the right (not
shown in the picture) is a stereo system that has a dock for your iPod.

MASTER BEDROOM SUITE: The
master bedroom suite consistes of a king size bed, a small couch, a
makeup area, and a computer desk with a comfortable office chair (not
shown in the pictures.) Included in the rental price:
- Free High Speed Internet access either via WiFi or by
plugging your computer directly into the Ethernet port located at the
computer desk in the Master Bedroom. The WiFi works throughout
the home, in the game room, and out on the pool deck.
- Free local and long-distance calling anywhere in the
Continental United States. For calling outside the U.S. I suggest
you purchase a calling card at any of the local WalMart stores that
will allow you to place calls directly from the home to anywhere in the
world.

DISNEY BEDROOM: Each
of the other two bedrooms are decorated with children in mind.
This is the Disney bedroom that has a queen size bed and its own
television.

DALMATIAN BEDROOM: Our
"Dalmatian" bedroom is extremely popular with children. We owned
Dalmatians for years and have dedicated this room to the memory of our
wonderful "spotted" companions who brought us so much happiness.
This room is very flexible and two of the twin beds can be placed
together to create a king sized bed. If you would like this
arranged this way, let us know in advance.

LANDSCAPING: The
outside of the home is landscapped with tropical plants. The pool
area is where you will spend most of your outdoor time and our plants
give you both a sense of beauty and privacy. Each winter my wife
adds something to the gardens. The outside of our home truly
distinguishes our home from most other homes in the rental pool.

HOT TUB/SPA: Our
hot tub is a feature that our guests love! Heat for the hot tub
is included in the rental price. As you can see it is large
enough to easily accomodate five adults. The system is automatic
and very simple to use. A timer controls the pool valves and
heater. You simple turn the hot tub timer on, wait 15 minutes or
so for the water to warm up, and enjoy!

KITCHEN: Even
though you're on vacation, you will want to be able to prepare meals
for your family. Preparing your own meals is a great way to lower
the cost of your vacation. This kitchen is fully equipped with
everything you need. Since we live here ourselves during the
winter, we leave everything we use for our guests to use. This is
another feature that distinguishes our home from the rest.

GAMEROOM: We've
created a space we call our "gameroom" where you can relax over a game
of pool or where your small children will find lots of toys to play
with. We started our collection of toys for our triplett
granddaughters and it grows a bit every year. In the closet in
the master bedroom you will find a collection of board games like
Monopoly and chess. The couch in the gameroom converts into a
sleeper bed and the space is air conditioned.
